I came here for 2 nights and had a very good stay. The property was fairly clean, featured nice design; I loved it. The room was practical and updated, with a microwave, tea/coffee making equipment and a refrigerator.

The location was prime, for example, a shopping mall was within walking distance of the hotel.

Stayed here with my girlfriend and everything was cool. From the moment I arrived the very professional and genuinely helpful staff made me feel welcomed. The setting was UNBEATABLE, just off the premium outlets on international drive, Universal parks and the Universal Studios. Liked the restaurant for dinner.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the fitness center had enough free weights to maintain my routine, and the free shuttle buses to nearby attractions were convenient.

This hotel offered a great stay with friendly staff and clean rooms, although the check-in and shuttle registration in the morning were a bit inconvenient. The breakfast selection was impressive, but a missing water bottle in the room was disappointing.

We had a fantastic stay with clean rooms, a wonderful breakfast with real scrambled eggs, and the heated pool was such a great surprise! I'd choose this place again.

The room was spacious with a fully equipped kitchenette. The shuttle to Universal was super convenient, and the nearby outlets were a bonus. Loved chilling by the pool after a long day at the parks.

The family suite we booked was spacious and well-suited for our needs during our trip to Universal. The breakfast offered a great variety that kept everyone satisfied. We noticed the housekeeping could use improvement, as our bathroom toiletries were not replenished properly. It served as a good base for our theme park adventures.
